"Aye, it's a fair request," Jon agrees. He laughs softly at her insistence but he's glad for it too; if she wants to undress him, then she's clearly enjoying herself with this bit. There's other parts to it, yes, but this is the first hurdle to get over. Jon has the idea that they might be close to one another the way he was with Ygritte only different - being with one's wife has other, innumerable charms.

Jon leans in and steals another kiss from her before tugging her hands down to the hem of his tunic in an invitation for her to take it off. He's scarred, yes, but he isn't ashamed of his body. He only hopes it's pleasing to her.
